Delivery and returns
To ensure your satisfaction, 4ever Ranch Inc. offers two shipping options tailored to your needs.
Standard Shipping
For Standard Shipping, a flat rate of $10.95 is applied for orders under $120. Your items will be shipped within 8-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this time frame does not include CanadaPoste / UPS delivery time.
EXPRESS shipping
If you opt for EXPRESS Shipping, available for $21.99, you will receive your items within 5 to 8 business days, excluding CanadaPoste / UPS delivery time.
Our delivery service, provided by CanadaPoste / UPS, serves all of Canada from our base in Quebec. For our international customers, please note that customs fees may apply in your respective country, these fees being the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually, deliveries to Canada take between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location. However, please allow additional delays during busy periods, such as the holidays.
We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $120 or more in Canada (after rebates and before taxes). In addition, for our local customers, a PICKUP POINT is available in SAINTE-THÉRÈSE , with no delivery charges. Simply choose the “Pickup on site – Sainte-Thérèse” option when ordering. After confirmation by email, allow a delay of 8 to 10 working days before picking up your order.
It is important to note that once your package is picked up by CanadaPoste / UPS, it becomes their responsibility . We decline all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of packages. Any lost product must be reported to CanadaPoste / UPS. We encourage you to carefully check your delivery address when ordering, as any packages returned to us will incur additional shipping costs payable by you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Regarding RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS, clothing can be exchanged or refunded (excluding CUSTOM and SALE items) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items must not have been worn or washed, and labels must be intact. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and must be made by mail. Any order cancellation must be made within 2 hours of order placement.
